Punica Return & Exchange Policy
At Punica, we always strive to provide high-quality healthy products, and your satisfaction is very important to us. That’s why we have created a clear return and exchange policy.
1. Return & Exchange Conditions
Customers are eligible to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases
- If the product has been opened or used.
- If the product is damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
- Products purchased on sale or promotional offers (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
3. Eligible Return Cases
Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or expired.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Manufacturing or packaging defects.
⚠️ In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product.
4. Return Procedure
Customers can contact our customer service team via:

After reviewing and approving the request:
- The product will be replaced, or
- A refund will be issued within 7–14 business days using the same payment method.
5. Shipping Fees
- If the error is from Punica: Punica covers all shipping costs.
- If the customer requests an exchange without a defect: the customer bears the shipping costs.
6. Punica Rights
Punica reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with the above conditions.
Return & Exchange Request Procedure

Provide your order number and product images (if there is any damage).
Our team will contact you to confirm the request and arrange product pickup from your doorstep.

Delivery Policy
We deliver orders through trusted shipping companies.
A person must be available at the provided address to receive the order.
If delivery is not completed after two attempts, the order will be automatically canceled and shipping fees will be deducted.
Please check the product immediately upon receipt and ensure its condition.
Shipping Policy
Punica provides shipping to all governorates in Egypt, starting from Dakahlia to all other regions.
Delivery time is usually 2 to 5 business days, depending on the governorate.
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.
Orders are confirmed via call or message before shipping.
In case of any delay, our team will contact you immediately to explain the reason.
